We return the trust of our staff by providing a supportive, flexible, and inclusive work environment. We understand that our staff, as individuals, are supported by a wider family and support network that we at Callida also need to be part of and support. We do this by providing a safe, caring, and positive environment that supports a healthy work-life balance.
As fully Canberra region owned firms, CIC and Callida are active in supporting the community interests and involvement of our staff in grass roots community and sporting organisations. We support this involvement by way of an annual community grant program to organisations in which our staff are actively involved.
Callida is also the inaugural member of the Volunteering ACT “Volunteering Works” program. As a donor organisation, Callida commits to a minimum number of hours each year to provide pro bono professional assistance to community organisations in need of professional services.
Callida has assisted numerous local organisations with a range of services including financial management, business continuity planning, ICT advisory services, and developing governance frameworks.
