Our Values

CIC and Callida have shared values in how we as individuals work together, with our clients, and within our community.

These values are built on trust and respect.  We respect and trust the judgement of our staff and our ability as a team to deliver quality results for our clients. In turn our clients respect and trust us to deliver honest, impartial, quality advice.

We return the trust of our staff by providing a supportive, flexible, and inclusive work environment. We understand that our staff, as individuals, are supported by a wider family and support network that we at Callida also need to be part of and support. We do this by providing a safe, caring, and positive environment that supports a healthy work-life balance.

As fully Canberra region owned firms, CIC and Callida are active in supporting the community interests and involvement of our staff in grass roots community and sporting organisations. We support this involvement by way of an annual community grant program to organisations in which  our staff are actively involved.

Callida has assisted numerous local organisations with a range of services including financial management, business continuity planning, ICT advisory services, and developing governance frameworks.
